Diagnosis

In company code 1300, not all depreciation values have been calculated completely and correctly.

System Response

For company code 1300, year-end closing cannot be executed.

Procedure

Recalculate depreciation for company code 1300:

In the Recalculate Values transaction, you can recalculate depreciation for all fixed assets (in the SAP Easy Access Menu under Environment-> Recalculate Values or directly by using transaction AFAR).

The system then either fully recalculates the depreciation for the fixed assets affected, or creates a detailed error message that specifies the reasons for errors for the fixed assets calculated with errors.
